Monica Lloyd is currently pursuing a BFA degree in Photography and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Seattle Univeristy. 

 

Her passion for photography was discovered her freshman year of high school when she was enrolled in the black and white beginners course. She immediately became infatuated by the art form. Exploring ideas from long exposures to the zone system, Monica often enjoys shooting on film specifically. Nevertheless, Monica realized that she needs to be more experienced in digital photography in order to survive the competitve field in the modern world. With that, she has experiemented with the digital camera and prefers to shoot on digital when photographing people. 

 

She continues to evolve as an artist and strives to challenge herself during every project.
